This absolutely breaks my heart to have to even list these plates for sale. . . . .
I had wanted these number plates since I was about 13 years old. I came home from school and there was the closing scene of an old Hollywood movie on the TV - it had the pink Cadillac driving off into the sunset with a "W"palm-tree in the background - the car had these plates. I told my Nan that when I grew up that I was going to get those plates! It stuck with me - and I did! I've had them since I learnt to drive.
I have hung on to these plates as long as I could as they have deep sentimental value to me with my Nan no longer here. Unfortunately as a single Mother to a little girl with emotional sensory issues (and I'm not using this as an excuse - but it is tough) I find that I am constantly struggling.
I know that the price I have placed on these is CRAZY!! But this is probably one of the most valuable items (to me) that I own. What I am hoping for is that some financially wealthy person with a great sense of humour sees these number plates and wants them just as bad as I did! And perhaps they can be placed on a car that is worthy of them (or their wife) where they can shine like they deserve too! An actual RCH BCH!!
I know that this is a long shot but I have to take the risk! I'm hoping that someone finds these that the price tag is like a weeks work for them.
I'm a hard worker (I do have a job), it's just a tough gig being a sole provider. We only live once and I want to be able to offer my Daughter a life that she can explore without my stressors of if I have any money left over at the end of the week. And I know life shouldn't be about money - but unfortunately the reality of it is that it is.
Give these plates a car they deserve!
