The Original 1st print plates from Vic Roads. My father knew someone at Vic Roads and requested the plates. He had to wait 6 months for the IOU's to come out. My grandmother drove the car with these plates on them for a few years. She had no idea why people kept on beeping her.
Transfer of registration rights has been completed. Thus these plates can be registered again with Vic road
